- To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.
- To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
- To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
- To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

Brakes, near Orlando, FLChristina Lee, 11/18/2025I thank God for Orlando Auto Doctor We've been in Orlando almost four years and were blessed to find Orlando Auto Doctor shortly thereafter. We will always drive an older car, so having a trusted garage is a necessity for us. Jason and Christina are kind and honest people. They have been there for us. We just bought a nine year old old Toyota to replace our almost 17 year old Toyota. I told Jason yesterday that we didn't worry about buying a nine year old vehicle, knowing we had him to take care of us. We are customers for life.
